Unolia keeps the whole picture of every client site current for your entire team. Finding out takes minutes, fixing starts now, and nobody waits for the one person who knows.

The real problem
Every client site has a different map, and one person who remembers it.
The work is not hard because a tool is missing. It is hard because the context is scattered across consoles and human memory. Here is what stopped happening once the whole picture lived in Unolia.
who hosts it?→one page

Every client website, finally in one place.
A client emails at 09:05 asking who actually hosts their site and where the domain lives. That used to be a thread with three people in it. Now fermeduport.fr is one open project: domain and DNS at Gandi, hosting on Ploi, €41.00 a month, everything on one page. Answered at 09:06 by whoever read the email first.
The Maison Verdier renewal call was Thursday. Before it, the owner opened the project's costs: €58.40 a month across its providers, a license renewing in the same window as the SSL certificate, and €31 of provider spend that sat unallocated until last week. The number went into the proposal, not into a guess.
A Wednesday DNS cleanup removed a DKIM record while Mailgun was still sending Loopline's invoices through mg.loopline.app. Unolia flagged the missing record at 08:47 and restored it exactly as the provider hands it out. Fixed at 08:52. The invoices never saw a spam folder.
These are the moments that used to eat hours, told the way they happen now.
Tuesday 06:00
The Tuesday that runs itself
The maintenance lead's old update checklist has not been opened since March. Tuesdays at 06:00, the scheduled run walks all 8 servers, applies the pending updates, and reboots only the 2 machines that actually asked for one. The lead reads the result, not the checklist.
8 servers, 23 updates, 41 minutes
Thursday 21:38
The incident and the person who did not build the site
A monitor on a Loopline page goes red at 21:38. The person on call never touched this site, so they open the project instead of eight tabs: the monitor's state, the 18:04 deployment with its author and message, provider health, the one open issue, the full trail. By 21:41 they know what changed and who not to wake up. When they ask, their AI assistant reads the same project and lines up the likely cause.
21:41, cause found

The findings that were waiting in the queue
The inherited site from the Thursday handover came with two findings already flagged: a .git folder readable from the internet and a PHP version past its end of life. Nobody had to remember to check. Unolia had already done the looking, and both were fixed before the client's first invoice.
2 findings fixed before the first invoice
March
The question from four months ago
In March, a client asked why their deploy script changed back in November. Nobody remembered. The project's activity trail did: who changed it, when, and what the robots did around it. The answer took the length of a scroll, not a meeting.
answered from the activity trail
Logged by itself, nobody wrote this down
The value
Where the hours come back.
Margin stops leaking.
Provider bills imported from nine services, uploaded invoices and manual costs all land on the client they belong to. Spend nobody claimed stays flagged until someone owns it. When the renewal call comes, what the site really costs your agency is already on screen, next to the licenses and certificates renewing in the same window.

Access that survives people leaving.
Everyone opens the same view with a role, not a shared password sheet. Roles map to real accounts on the providers that carry them. When someone leaves, their access is removed in confirmed clicks, and the system refuses to strand a provider without an admin. The next hire opens Unolia instead of interviewing the team.

What stands behind these stories.
Every scene above is a capability in the product, not a promise on a slide.
Bills imported from 9 providers, plus manual entries and uploaded invoices, allocated per project, with unallocated spend and upcoming renewals surfaced.
Checks across DNS, SSL, email and server config that catch exposed files, redirect loops, end-of-life PHP and missing email authentication, with safe one-click fixes that can be reverted.
