Domain Chief is now in Unolia

I’ve added Domain Chief to Unolia. You can now bring your domains, DNS records, costs and team access into the same place as the rest of your client projects.

Domain Chief comes from a small company in the Netherlands, run by Alex Bouma. I like what he’s building: straightforward domain management at a fair price, with DNS hosting included. The pricing doesn’t rely on a cheap first year followed by a much higher renewal bill.

I’m in direct contact with Alex, which is something I really appreciate. We can talk through how our products should work together and ask each other questions as we build. I think that makes for better software and better integrations.

In Unolia, you can edit records for domains using Domain Chief’s DNS, track domain costs from its invoices, and manage Chief team access with the appropriate permissions. Domains with DNS hosted elsewhere still appear in your domain list.

I’m happy to have Domain Chief in Unolia. It’s good to build alongside another small software company.
