New provider: IONOS

IONOS is now supported in Unolia for DNS management.

The integration covers zone syncing and the usual DNS record operations: create, update, delete, and verify what is live at the provider. It also helped harden Unolia's rate-limit handling and the way each provider reports DNS records slightly differently.

This is the kind of provider work that is not flashy, but matters. Agencies often inherit client domains wherever the client bought them years ago. Unolia should meet that reality instead of asking everyone to move first.
