New provider: Vultr

Vultr is now connected to Unolia.

The first version syncs cloud instances and bare metal servers, checks the account connection, and imports invoice data so server costs can be attached to projects.

This is another v2 building block: Unolia should understand not just where a site points, but which servers are involved and what they cost every month.

Vultr also improved the provider health work. API tokens, IP allow-lists, expired access, and sync failures now have clearer states so the product can tell you what needs attention.
